How much do your machines cost?
Our machines are installed at no cost to qualified businesses. We handle delivery, setup, and ongoing service.
Who handles stocking and maintenance?
We take care of everything:
- Restocking
- Maintenance and repairs
- Customer support
You don’t have to manage anything.
How often are machines serviced?
Service depends on usage, but most locations are serviced one to two times per week for high traffic or weekly for moderate sales. We have the capacity to monitor our machines remotely and know when your location needs servicing.
What products do you offer?
We stock high-demand, name-brand items, including:
- Energy drinks
- Soda juices, water, and sports drinks
- Snacks, chips, and candy
- Protein bars and other healthier options
- Pastry
Can we request specific products?
Yes—we will incorporate your requests into our existing offerings. We will adjust products based on preferences, shift schedules, and sales trends.
Do machines accept cashless payments?
Yes—all of our machines accept credit/debit cards and mobile payments (i.e., Apple and Google Pay).
How much space is needed?
It depends on the machine. Most machines require 3-4 feet of space and a standard electrical outlet. Part of our assessment includes measuring the space in advance. We will also check for Wi-Fi/network strength to support the machine card readers.
How quickly can you install?
On average most installations can be completed within 10 business days after we finalize the placement agreement.
What is your turnaround time for any issues with a machine?
We respond quickly to service needs. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours (often sooner).
Do you offer healthy options?
Yes—we have a mix of low-calorie drinks, protein snacks, and better-for-you alternatives in our product catalog.
Can you replace our current vending machines?
Yes—we can upgrade outdated machines, improve product selection, and enhance overall service. However, we do not place machines in locations that already have an existing machine until it is removed. We recommend understanding what the removal terms are with your existing vending operator and making arrangements to have the machine removed in advance of our placement.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We will provide a Certificate of Insurance as part of our onboarding process to install a machine.
